At Pepsi of Kalispell, we have a passion to succeed as locally owned business. As a Retail Beverage Merchandiser, you will be stocking our wide-ranging product portfolio in many stores in the Flathead Valley to the store and Pepsi of Kalispell standards. Our items are in many locations throughout the stores (the more the better!) so walking the store upon arrival is crucial to ensuring all locations are stocked. The more you know the further you can go in this company, so a willingness to learn and build relationships with your stores will help you become even more successful!
As a Retail Beverage Merchandiser, you will need to:
  • Possess a valid driver's license, vehicle, and motor vehicle insurance.
  • Pass a criminal background check.
  • Pass a drug test.
  • Have a good driving record.
  • Be reliable.
  • Follow a list of Standard Operating Procedures that will be gone over during the onboarding process.
  • Be a team player. We are all working together to achieve customer satisfaction!
  • Be able to adapt to a constantly changing, competitive market.
  • Communicate with many different people daily such as sales reps, store receiving clerks, store management, other Merchandisers, and store customers.
  • Construct displays with store or sales representative display guides and being creative with your own approved ideas. We love creativity!
  • Regularly lift 75 lbs. and occasionally up 100 lbs. with a hand truck or other lifting devices.
  • Push/pull carts and pallets of our products. Reasonable accommodation may be made for individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
  • Be exposed to a moderate noise level in the stores
  • Stock products in the store in accordance with sell by date to ensure fresh product.
  • Exercise attention to detail.
  • Possess a High School Diploma/GED or have 3 months related experience.
  • Be able to work 40 hours a week. There is potential for overtime in the summer.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
