Job description

Coca-Cola is seeking Non-CDL Delivery Drivers to deliver beverage products to retail stores, restaurants, and business locations on an assigned route. Drivers are responsible for loading and unloading products, driving a company box truck or delivery vehicle, delivering products to customer locations, stocking shelves and coolers, rotating product, building displays, and completing delivery paperwork. Drivers must follow company delivery procedures, safety policies, and customer service standards while ensuring deliveries are completed accurately and on time. This position typically pays $20 to $27 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay, route bonuses, holiday pay, and performance-based incentives depending on location and route. Drivers are responsible for verifying orders before delivery, unloading products using hand trucks, stocking products in store backrooms, coolers, and shelves, rotating older product forward, building promotional displays, and maintaining delivery and inventory records using handheld devices. Drivers must maintain a clean driving record and follow all company vehicle safety guidelines.
