Job Description

MUST HAVE:

  • Previous experience as a Taleo - PeopleSoft integration lead on 3+ implementation and/or maintenance projects
  • Must have completed at least one (1) PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 application integration with Taleo recruiting product as a primary functional analyst
  • 5+ years' experience in working with multiple versions of PeopleSoft and PeopleTools across multiple HCM Recruiting, Talent Acquisition Management, and Workforce Administration modules including HCM v 9.2 and PeopleSoft Tools v 8.54
  • 3+ years' experience in working with multiple versions of Oracle Taleo including:
    • Administration and configuration of Recruiting & Transitions/Onboarding
    • Recruiting & Onboarding modules v 15.A
    • Taleo Client Connect v 14B or higher
    • Conducting Taleo Tool demonstrations and workshops
    • Analysis and evaluation of Taleo recruiting features
    • Knowledge of integration data mapping between Taleo Recruiting and PeopleSoft HCM solutions
    • Ability to complete configuration changes in staging within primary areas (Recruiting Settings, General Settings, User Types, and Message Templates)
  • Full life-cycle support including requirement gathering, fit/gap analysis, documenting design, test planning and execution, training strategy, and overall implementation planning
  • Ability to write comprehensive functional design specifications including specifications for integrating Taleo Recruiting with PeopleSoft HCM and multiple external systems
  • Ability to prepare functional test plans and Taleo/PeopleSoft integration test plans to facilitate users during UAT
  • Proven proficiency with SQL and PS/Query for reviewing data, troubleshooting, and testing/validating source system data
  • Knowledge of Smart Org (OLF, User Type, User Account, Network Data)
  • Knowledge of Core Recruitment (Forms and Fields, CSW, List Format, Message Templates, Requisition Templates)
  • Knowledge of Evaluation Management (Questions/Skills, Rating, Questionnaire)
  • Excellent writing skills including experience with creating functional specifications, design and configuration documents, training materials, test scripts, etc.
