Minimum Requirements:

 Years Skills/Experience

8 Experience as a PeopleSoft Functional Module Lead for the General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Purchasing and/or Asset Management modules for multiple large PeopleSoft projects.

8 Experience in designing, creating, and implementing large complex high availability PeopleSoft Financials modules.

8 Experience with ERP Development Lifecycles and Processes.

8 Experience performing PeopleSoft Unit Test, System Test, Integration Test, and User Acceptance Test

8 Experience with developing requirements from Business owners for PeopleSoft Modules

8 Experience conducting design sessions with subject matter experts and business process owners to meet business requirements with minimal customizations.

8 Experience with Microsoft Suite (Projects, Visio, Excel, Word, Power Point, SharePoint)

8 Proven project team building skills 

8 Experience writing detailed Functional Design Documents (FDDs)

8 Ability to alter project direction based on business needs or legislative directions

6 Experience in IT project planning, research, analysis and development

4 Experience writing and reviewing detailed test scripts for System, Integration, and User Acceptance Test Phases.

2 Experience with configuration documentation and review in PeopleSoft 9.2

2 Experience teaming with business owners and technical staff in a complex, large scale PeopleSoft environment 8.8 to 9.2

2 Experience with PeopleSoft version 9.2 and PeopleTools 8.53

1 Experience with the CAPPS State of Texas Baseline PeopleSoft 9.2 Modules G/L, A/P, AM, PO

Strong Communication, analytical and interpersonal skills at all levels of an organization.

Strong Experience with the PeopleSoft 9.2 Modules G/L, A/P, AM, PO

Strong Experience collaborating and coordinating with other Functional and Technical staff to enable business processes needs reliably and accurately in a PeopleSoft Implementation.

               Preferences:

 Years Skills/Experience

8 Public sector experience (Federal, State or Local Government).

8 Understanding of computer related tools, methods, platforms and operating systems.

8 Experience with all aspects of Documentation, Planning, Design, Build, Test, and Deploy Phases within PeopleSoft versions 8.X through 9.2 Modules for G/L, A/P, AM, PO.

4 Experience with PeopleSoft User Productivity Kit (UPK)

Strong Ability to meet functional team deadlines while maintaining an even disposition under pressure

Strong Experience working through development of Interfaces with Technical Team through design, build and test

Strong Good teamwork skills, ability to collaborate with other functional and technical staff on the project. 

Strong Strong interpersonal skill and the ability to collaborate effectively on diverse teams
