Job description

Overview

PepsiCo is on a transformation journey with Workforce Management (WFM) to improve the time, pay and scheduling experience of our frontline teams. The program is globally reaching and has already had had a large and hugely positive impact for our frontline employees and leaders. As the program continues forward, this team will continue to ensure adoption of the current technology while also harmonizing policies and practices and deploying enhanced functionality to support our broader organizational transformation goals.

This role will be responsible for executing the WFM People Solutions team's strategy to maintain application quality and overall performance related to new changes and/or enhancements to the UKG Pro WFM platform. The incumbent(s) will be responsible for developing plans, testing best practices, and functional subject matter expertise to the business, vendors, and WFM capability and Enterprise Testing Services teams. This role will also closely partner with the WFM People Solutions Global Solutions, Delivery, and Operations teams to analyze and provide functional support on validating WFM capabilities pre-deployment across all modules within the UKG Pro WFM platform.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customized testing strategies and plans for sector specific projects, change requests, and incidents based on the overall WFM People Solutions testing strategy for unit, time compare, and business user acceptance testing for the UKG Pro platform
  • Develop User Acceptance Testing (UAT) catalogue and standardized test cases to be used by the business as templates and review prepared test cases with business to ensure scope is fully captured
  • Execute functional walk-through simulations of new functionality in UKG Pro WFM for various stakeholders in preparation of each test phase as a liaison between technical and functional teams
  • Setup Azure DevOps (ADO) in preparation of test phases for various stakeholders
  • Customize and execute planned handoffs for Systems Integration Testing (SIT) and reviews of Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTMs) and SIT test cases with ETS team based on scope of requirements
  • Monitor testing phases to stay on track based on project plans and incident/change request SLAs and develop mitigation plans as needed
  • Prepare status reports, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and monitoring methods to gauge overall execution levels within testing timeframes for project releases and general oversight of change requests and incident validation
  • Monitor and report UKG Pro WFM overall application performance, vulnerability, and penetration testing
  • Develop and execute test plans for device testing including hardware (after firmware updates) and mobile (after releases) with the business as needed

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $80,200 - $134,250.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years in a large multi-national organization, preferably in CPG industry with large frontline hourly and/or commissioned population
  • 1-2 years Prior experience implementing Kronos/UKG Workforce Management (WFM) solutions including pay rules, accruals, function and display access, web/mobile navigators, attestation, data views and reporting. (UKG Pro WFM preferred)
  • 1-2 years experience using Azzure DevOps (ADO)
  • 1-2 years experience using ServiceNow
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with system implementations and deployment from an end-user experience and translating technical knowledge to functional teams
  • Experience administering and troubleshooting InTouch 9000/9100 or DX devices (configuration, firmware upgrades, recalibration, initialization, etc.)
  • Ability to analyze data and systems concerns by applying analytical skills and efficiently communicate findings and design solutions using Excel, Word, PowerPoint or other tools.
  • Prior knowledge or experience with HRIS and Payroll systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Should have a sound or general understanding of workforce management processes that are utilized in daily operations within a sales, manufacturing, and/or distribution center environment
  • Knowledgeable and experience in WFM capabilities and other workforce management technology platforms

  • Should possess excellent communication skills and an ability to positively interact with their peers and associates at all levels in various functions
