Job description

People Solutions is looking to add a new Outside Sales Business Development in Lake Placid to our growing team!

We're a 10-year-old hospitality staffing agency with a US-based centralized recruiting team servicing 20 states remotely. We specialize in temp-to-perm, RPO, VMS and we're moving into direct hire. We have a very busy branch in Lake Placid with clients all over upstate New York and we're looking to open new branches several other locations upstate.


We're looking for someone living in upstate New York with 3+ years of staffing sales experience to help us grow the market!


Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell staffing/employment services to new and existing customers
  • Prospect and contact potential customers
  • Large territory management and appointment setting
  • Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
  • Create sales material to present to customers

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience selling temporary and temp-to-hire staffing services
  • 3+ years Regional Sales person experience
  • Experience working in the staffing industry
  • Versed in excel, powerpoint, and presenting to customers
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented


Salary is based on experience, base salary plus commission
