Orange Dental Partners | North Palm Beach & Vero Beach

Full-Time | On-Site | Base Salary + Uncapped Performance Bonus

Lead Operations Across Two Thriving Dental Practices

Orange Dental Partners is hiring a Regional Manager to oversee staffing, operations, production, and growth across our North Palm Beach and Vero Beach offices. This is a high-impact, high-visibility leadership role for someone who wants true ownership over how two practices run and grow — not just a seat managing the front desk.

You’ll lead the team, build the systems that keep both offices running smoothly, and drive the initiatives that get more patients through the door and more treatment plans accepted — and you’ll be paid like it matters, because it does.

What You’ll DoLead the People
  • Manage current staff across both offices and identify new staffing needs as the practices grow
  • Build and lead a strong, accountable team culture centered on patient care and results
  • Serve as the go-to operational leader for doctors, hygienists, and support staff at both locations
Drive Case Acceptance & Production
  • Design and roll out a treatment plan presentation and tracking system
  • Train the team on presenting treatment plans effectively
  • Build trackable results reporting so performance is visible, not anecdotal
  • Leverage financing partners (Cherry, Sunbit, CareCredit) to increase case acceptance
Build the Growth Engine
  • Launch a patient retention and referral program
  • Develop strategies to grow PPO/UCR patient volume and keep every doctor’s schedule full
  • Take ownership of the practices’ marketing function, building on what’s already in place
Compensation

Competitive base salary, plus an uncapped monthly performance bonus.

This isn’t a token bonus structure — your pay grows directly with the results you and your team deliver, with bonus components tied to provider performance, case volume, and new patient growth across both offices. Compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.

Benefits:

Company medical benefits, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, and 401K available

What Makes This Role Different
  • You're leading, not just administrating. Phone coverage is shifting to an AI receptionist and insurance posting/claims/aging is being handed off to a dedicated team member — freeing you to focus on people, operations, and growth instead of paperwork.
  • Uncapped upside. Your comp scales directly with the results you and your team drive.
  • Real scope. You’ll oversee two offices end-to-end, work directly with doctors and hygienists, and have the room to build new programs (membership plans, prosthodontic/implant programs) from scratch.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in dental practice management or multi-site operations
  • A track record of leading teams and driving measurable operational or business results
  • Comfort with numbers — you’ll be tracking staffing, production, conversion, and bonus performance monthly
  • Strong people-management, training, and leadership skills
  • Marketing or growth experience is a plus, especially in social media, referral programs, and patient acquisition

Ready to Lead?

If you want a role where you run the show, your leadership shapes two thriving practices, and your results turn into real pay — we want to talk to you.
