  • Actionable Insights: Design, maintain and enhance Fabric dashboards and analytics to support workforce planning, leadership reporting, and operational decision-making.
  • Strategic Metrics: Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the employee lifecycle to drive data-driven People strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with HRBPs, Recruiting, Compensation, Finance, HRIS, IT, and Legal to ensure regulatory compliance and build necessary reports and dashboards.

Compliance, Risk & Support
  • Audit Readiness & Risk: Manage global compliance programs (GDPR, CCPA, SOC2, SOX) and lead risk assessments for People processes in partnership with Legal, Security, and IT.
  • User Enablement: Provide training, documentation, and support to users to drive system adoption, data accuracy, and compliance consistency.

Program & Project Management
  • Strategic Alignment: Drive cross-functional alignment with Finance, IT, Legal, Security, and the broader People Team to ensure initiatives meet business needs and scale effectively.

  • Lead other projects as required.

Your Toolkit:
  • 6+ years of experience in HRIS/People Systems with deep, handsโ€‘on Workday analytics expertise (dashboards, embedded analytics). Experience with Microsoft Fabric highly desired.
  • Experience in SaaS or high growth tech is strongly preferred.
  • Experience delivering Workday enhancements, and crossโ€‘functional system rollouts.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a track record of building dashboards and delivering meaningful insights.
  • Skilled project manager able to manage multiple complex initiatives in a fastโ€‘paced, scaling environment.
  • Experience with systems such as ServiceNow and CultureAmp is a plus.
