PEO IT Support Required Skills/ Education/Experience * 2 years of experience working with the National System for Geospatial Intelligence (NSG) community and its functions, with tasks to include understanding management processes and communication across all levels of the organizational hierarchy. * 2 years of experience working with configuration, curation, access management, and other runtime operations tasks for Confluence, JIRA, SharePoint, Tableau, shared file folders and sites, and other business administration tools. * 1 year of experience in JIRA developing and running automation scripts as well as performing system administration tasks Desired Skills/ Education/Experience * Certification in any business administration tools or technologies. * Experience with Agile Systems Development, with emphasis on Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) processes Examples of work tasks include:  * Manage and curate access control lists for the various administrative tool sites. * Create new accounts and project sites within the administrative tools. * Perform Tier 1 troubleshooting for MC&G PEO users to resolve problems in the administrative tools. * Ensure MC&G PEO administrative tools can interface and interact with each other as needed to visualize data through Tableau or another visualization tool. * Manage version upgrades of administrative tools to stay current and compliant with NGA policy. * Submit problem tickets and coordinate problem fixes with the administrative tool administrators and NGA Help Desk. * Track and status MC&G PEO problem tickets for the administrative tools. * Provide limited MC&G PEO customer support to use the administrative tools, and refer customers to tool administrator resources for more in-depth training. * Identifying and documenting Weekly Activity Report (WAR) inputs.
