Analytic Services Inc. (ANSER) is seeking an Integration Officer to serve as an operational coordinator, staff integrator, and administrative facilitator for the Deputy Assistant Secretary of War for Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Defense (DASW(CBRND)). In this key role, you will serve as a force multiplier to ensure the DASW is fully prepared, informed, and positioned to execute strategic decisions. This position can support a hybrid work schedule with 3-4 days per week onsite at the Mark Center in Alexandria, VA and 1-2 days remote. Day to Day Responsibilities: * Utilize exceptional verbal and written communication skills tailored for executive briefings, cross-agency communications, and intra-agency task assignment. * Utilize analytical skills to monitor office workflows, establish clear output instructions, and leverage data to optimize day-to-day operations. * Provide outstanding relational capability to bridge organizational divides, foster trust, and lead joint initiatives across multiple agencies. * Proactively identify bottlenecks in production, resolve systemic inefficiencies, and quickly adapt workflows under changing conditions. * Provide proven ability to guide high-level initiatives, assist senior staff, and align diverse leadership teams with the organization's overarching vision. * Assist in logistics planning for high-profile visits to the office. * Protect the SES's time without alienating key Action Officers, other Senior Leaders, and other outside organizations that work hand-in-hand with the ODASW(CBRND). Required Qualifications: * Possess an active TS/SCI security clearance. * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, National Security Studies, or a other related field. A Master's degree is equivalent to 3 years of experience. * 8+ years of professional experience in military staff operations, government consulting, or defense administration. * Pentagon Staff literacy: Deep familiarity with the military chain of command, staff action processes (e.g., how a package is "staffed"), and the lifecycle of executive correspondence. Preferred Qualifications: * Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, National Security Studies, or a other related field. * Prior experience working within a Pentagon Headquarters staff (OSD, Joint Staff, or Service Headquarters Staff). * Background understanding of CBRND.
