Required Experience

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience related to one of the following in management, strategy consulting, research and analysis.
  • Quantitative and qualitative data analysis
  • Proficient in the use of Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office software programs to include Word, Excel, Project, Outlook, and Power Point
  • Possess strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and planning skills

Preferred Experience

  • Antiterrorism Level I training certificate

Responsibilities:

SANCORP is seeking a Strategic Planner Analyst to support the Pentagon Force Protection Agency (PFPA) Strategic Planner Management Analyst Support Services. The following are examples of responsibilities:

  • Coordinates development of PFPA strategic plans that support and implement higher headquarters strategic guidance, plans, etc.
  • Coordinates development of performance standards covering PFPA’s complex program functions and mission with agency leaders utilizing quantitative and qualitative-based methods and techniques.
  • Coordinates development of critical analysis, briefings, and studies related to PFPA initiatives/activities translating the strategy to operational terms; aligning organization to the strategy; motivating to make strategy everyone’s job; and governing to make strategy a continual process utilizing ad hoc teams assembled for planning and designing PFPA strategic guidance, plans, etc.
  • Coordinates integration of organizational component input into goals, objectives, and implementing action as part of the strategic planning process.
  • Provides expert advice and authoritative analysis and evaluation to improve the efficiency of PFPA operations and programs.
