Job description

As a Customer Experience Associate (CEA) at the Express w/Gas Station located in Fort Ord/Seaside, CA , you will assist customers in finding what they are looking for and ensure the Express is stocked with the products customers want. You'll know which products will meet customer's needs and stay up to date on trends. With your knowledge and helpful suggestions, customers will continue to shop the Exchange.You will prioritize customer needs over tasks and grow sales by maintaining merchandise, signs and labels on the sales floor.

  • Ensure customers have an extraordinary experience while shopping 
  • Complete transactions accurately and efficiently while engaging customers in appropriate conversation
