What You'll Do:

  • Assist customers with a wide variety of DMV-related services, including vehicle titles, registrations, transfers, renewals, plates, and more
  • Ensure all paperwork is accurate, complete, and submitted in compliance with PennDOT regulations
  • Communicate clearly and kindly with customers — both in person and over the phone
  • Maintain organized records and files in accordance with company and state guidelines
  • Operate point-of-sale systems and process customer payments
  • Deliver excellent service in a fast-paced office environment, where multitasking is a must
Training & Growth Opportunities:

  • Cross-training available across four divisions: Title & Tag, Insurance, DOT Compliance, and Pack & Send
  • Opportunity to obtain your insurance license if you’re interested in exploring a sales or customer advisor path
  • Notary Public certification is required within the first 90 days (we’ll help you get certified — if you’re already a Notary, even better!)

  • Ability to obtain Notary Public certification within 90 days of hire
