Responsibilities

What You'll Do


Greet and assist clients in person, by phone, and through email and CRM systems

Respond to customer inquiries, policy questions, and service requests

Process payments and assist clients with claims-related matters

Prepare and provide insurance quotes

Support licensed agents with administrative and customer service tasks

Help strengthen client relationships and contribute to agency growth

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records

Assist with daily office operations and workflow management
