In this role, you'll be responsible for installing PEM nuts, standoffs, studs, and specialty hardware using a variety of insertion machines and custom setups. Your precision and consistency help ensure the quality our customers expect.
What You'll Do
As a key member of the Metal Shop team, you will:
  • Install PEM nuts, standoffs, studs, and specialty hardware using various insertion machines
  • Process all work routed through the hardware operation with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and job specifications
  • Set up and perform custom or non�'standard hardware installations for special jobs
  • Recognize deviations from standard practices and take appropriate action
  • Work with limited supervision while maintaining quality and productivity standards
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned to support shop operations

  • 2-3 years of hands�'on experience in hardware insertion and blueprint reading
