Job description

This Software Engineer 3 contractor position is part of the Texas Health and Human Services IT Admin Apps' Robotic Process Automation team and will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining robotic process automation (RPA) solutions. The Workers will perform developer duties that will include solution design and development, process automations, infrastructure management, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Collaborate with business stakeholders and process owners to identify automation opportunities and define requirements.
โ€ข Responsible for all aspects of RPA including, discovery, solution design/scope, development, testing, implementation and monitoring in production/support.
โ€ข Monitor RPA scripts, improving performance of such scripts through programming changes or configuration.
โ€ข Lead the development and maintenance of automated workflows, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
โ€ข Conduct thorough testing and debugging of RPA processes to ensure accuracy and robustness.
Hands-on experience with RPA development, with at least 4 years specifically using Blue Prism.
Hands-on experience with SQL/No-SQL databases.
Experience with RESTful web services
Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python
