Contract to Hire Position 

Job Description

Key Job Functions

  • Design, develop and implement exceptional technical solutions
  • Effectively troubleshoot technical issues as they arise during the project lifecycle
  • Mentor and train business stakeholders in key PRPC Functionality (Work List, Workbasket, Get Next Work, Access Group, Work Group, Portal)
  • . Assist in preparing user documentation and training materials
  • Provide application training and user support to business groups
  • Map business processes to the proposed Rule based PRPC solution
  • . Validate / Assist in Creation of specs for UI, system interface and prototypes and developing and demonstrating prototypes on pega
  • . Support End to end functional testing of BPM applications and UAT
  • Conducting workshops , requirements walkthroughs, stakeholder alignment sessions and demonstrations to large groups of audiences

Preferred Certifications and Pega / BPM skills:


1. SSA certification

2. Pega Frameworks - Hands on knowledge (CPM, Next Best Action, DCO etc)

3. Process modeling, rules harvesting - specific work handled in the last two years

4. CPM experience & Case management knowledge and experience

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of Pega ; 3-5 years of experience using Pega
  • Financial Services industry experience
  • Hands on experience in Pega 7 development
  • Solid understanding of the SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle) and the requirement management lifecycle
  • Experience in full PRPC implementation cycle including enterprise Class Structure design and Rulesets design
  • Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with application quality, coding, UI and Corporate standards, including review alert logs, running pre-flight and PAL.
  • Enforce best practices in PEGA architecture / design / coding
  • Deep knowledge of Pega 7, CPM, Case Management capabilities
  • At least 2 years' experience as Pega SSA/ LSA architect, Possesses the appropriate Pega technical/functional expertise and knowledge, must have implemented pega frameworks
  • Experience working with diverse teams of business users in customer organizations on definition and implementation of business process changes
  • Experience in working with matrix organizations and handling ambiguity and unstructured environment
  • Experience in interfacing with business users, IT teams quality assurance and production support group
  • Experience in various rules and features like Flows, Activities, User Interface, Flow Actions, Agents, SLA, Correspondence, Single-Sign-On, External Authentication, PRPC Security, Reports, Listeners (File, MQ), Connectors and SOAP Services etc
  • Experience in full PRPC implementation cycle including enterprise Class Structure design and Rulesets design
  • Environment: IBM WAS, Pega 7.1.8 , Oracle 11g
