Job description

Blue Sage Healing Centers is an integrative behavioral health organization that specializes in helping our Native brothers and sisters who are struggling with substance abuse. As a Native American owned and operated 501 C., this allows us to better understand and provide the cultural needs to promote healing from factors that are associated with substance abuse: trauma, generational trauma, epigenetics, domestic violence, and abuse. We provide an out-patient, culturally relevant curriculum that is influenced by traditions. We are currently hiring for Peer Supports to help support our clientele during treatment groups and therapy. Peer support specialists offer guidance and support to people who are struggling with substance abuse, psychological trauma, or mental health disorders. They generally have first-hand experience with similar traumatic events or circumstances and work closely with a variety of professionals to provide counseling and rehabilitation.
