Job description

MUSC Health -Pee Dee Division (Florence | Black River | Marion) is seeking BC/BE Emergency Medicine Physicians or BC Family Medicine Physicians with at least three years of Emergency Medicine experience to join our team of 15 experienced emergency physicians at one of our 3 EDs. MUSC Health, Pee Dee Division operates 3 Emergency Department, seeing 95k patients per year altogether.

Chosen candidates will be instrumental in providing fast, expert treatment for complex injuries, life‑threatening illnesses and serious health complications. Join a team that is committed to delivering the highest level of care for patients at our hospitals in the Pee Dee Division – Florence Medical Center, Marion Medical Center, and Black River Medical Center.

Minimum Qualifications
  • ABEM/ABOEM BC/BE OR ABFM BC with three years of continuous Emergency Medicine experience (Only Emergency Medicine BE/BC are eligible for Florence Medical Center location)
  • Graduation from an accredited school of medicine
  • Graduation from an ACGME residency program
  • Unrestricted licensure in the State of South Carolina
  • Unrestricted federal and state-controlled substance registration
