Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Pediatric Medical Surgical Unit experience worked in the last 3 years.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Massachusetts license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >90 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: AMN Program - Baystate Health.

Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: - Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.

Unit Details: - Inpatient acute care pediatric unit providing comprehensive care for patients from the neonatal period through age 21 with medical, surgical, oncology, trauma, orthopedic, and behavioral health conditions.

Shift & Scheduling: - Every other weekend and every other holiday.

Floating Requirements: - May float to Pediatric Intensive Care, Neonatal Intensive Care, and Continuing Care Nursery.

7 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 10/31/2026, 11/26/2026, 12/24/2026, 12/25/2026, 12/31/2026. Number of holidays allowed off: 1

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months
