Required Qualifications
  • Able to Obtain Unrestricted licensure in the state of New York or has New York application in process
  • Able to Obtain BE/BC Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Able to Obtain Completion of subspecialty training in pediatric and adolescent gynecology and minimally invasive surgery in children.
  • Able to Obtain Active and unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain prior to start
