Job Duties Include but Are Not Limited To: Stretch wrapping pallets and products for shipment Picking and staging products accurately for orders Scanning products using handheld Operating a pallet jack safely and efficiently Performing temperature checks on products as required Lifting and moving items weighing up to 70 pounds Experience Requirements for Shipping Associate Previous experience in shipping, warehouse, or logistics operations (typically 1–2 years preferred) Experience operating pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment safely Familiarity with handheld scanners or inventory tracking systems Experience in food handling or cold storage environments is a plus, especially with perishable goods like poultry Knowledge of proper palletizing and stretch wrapping techniques Understanding of safety and hygiene standards in a warehouse or food production setting Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 70 pounds) consistently throughout the shift Basic math and reading skills for order picking and verification Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
