What You'll Do:

  • Order Picking: Review order sheets or use handheld RF scanners to locate and pull the correct products from warehouse shelves.

  • Quality Assurance: Inspect items for damage or defects before packing.

  • Packing: Select appropriate boxes and use protective materials (like bubble wrap or packing peanuts) to ensure safe transit.

  • Labeling & Shipping: Weigh packages, print accurate shipping labels, seal containers, and prepare them for carrier pickup.

  • Inventory Management: Report low stock or discrepancies, and assist with stocking shelves.

  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand or walk for 8-12 hour shifts and repetitively lift weights usually ranging from 30 to 50 pounds.

  • Accuracy & Organization: Strong attention to detail to ensure the correct products are sent to the correct customers.

  • Technology: Comfort with using basic inventory and shipping software or barcode scanners.
