Job Summary:
The Front Desk Supervisor oversees daily front desk operations to ensure exceptional guest service, efficient check-in and check-out processes, and smooth coordination with other hotel departments. This role supports and leads front desk staff while maintaining high service standards and resolving guest concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise front desk team, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Ensure prompt, courteous, and professional guest service at all times.
• Oversee check-in and check-out procedures, room assignments, and billing accuracy.
• Handle guest complaints or issues and resolve them in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs.
• Monitor room availability, reservations, and occupancy levels.
• Assist with front desk operations during peak times.
