This full-time position focuses on home care, meaning that as a Physical Therapist, you will visit patients in their residences throughout the Long Beach area. Key Responsibilities
  • The Physical Therapist (PT) will manage the entire therapeutic care process for an assigned group of patients, coordinating closely with physicians and the wider patient care team.

  • Evaluate patients' therapeutic, rehabilitative, and functional status, and actively participate in the ongoing adjustment and development of care plans.
  • Provide education and training to patients, families, and caregivers regarding therapy techniques, exercise routines, and the use of therapeutic devices to ensure continued progress outside of therapy sessions.
  • Prioritize caseloads effectively, determining daily staffing needs, and coordinating all assignments to streamline patient care efficiently.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our physical therapist will serve a diverse patient population, including both adults and pediatrics, often dealing with varying degrees of injury, rehabilitation needs, and chronic conditions. You will play a critical role in addressing musculoskeletal disorders, post-surgery recovery, sports-related injuries, and more. Qualifications
  • Active Physical Therapy License in California is required.
