This position is based at our state-of-the-art outpatient facility located in Plano, TX. The clinic features modern treatment rooms equipped with advanced therapeutic tools and modalities, including state-of-the-art exercise equipment, ultrasound machines, and electrical stimulation devices. Working onsite fosters a close-knit team atmosphere, allowing for collaborative care and continuous professional development.

• Conduct detailed initial evaluations to understand patients’ physical conditions, functional capabilities, and rehabilitation goals.
• Create comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique circumstances, incorporating various therapeutic modalities.
• Implement hands-on treatments and therapeutic exercises aimed at alleviating pain, restoring movement, and enhancing functional mobility.
• Guide and educate patients on body mechanics, posture correction, and effective injury prevention strategies.
• Continuously monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment protocols as needed based on evidence and clinical judgement.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, engaging with physicians, nurses, and other specialists to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain meticulous and accurate documentation of treatment interventions, patient responses, and progression in compliance with regulatory standards.

Our clinic primarily serves a diverse patient population with conditions ranging from acute injuries and chronic pain to post-surgical recovery and complex rehabilitation needs. You will have the opportunity to treat patients of all ages, from children recovering from sports injuries to seniors requiring mobility assistance. Our holistic approach ensures that we address both physical and emotional aspects of rehabilitation, emphasizing patient education and empowerment.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Texas state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Board certification from the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) is preferred.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in a relevant setting, focusing on outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Strong proficiency in employing cutting-edge physical therapy techniques and modalities.
• Excellent analytical skills to assess patient needs and create appropriate treatment strategies.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, essential for effective patient interactions and teamwork.

• Experience in treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions, including but not limited to back pain, joint pain, and post-operative care.
• Familiarity with contemporary physical therapy software for patient management and documentation.
• Ability to lead group therapy sessions and patient education classes.

This full-time position offers a competitive yearly salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000, dependent on experience and qualifications. In addition to the financial package, we offer a comprehensive benefits program which includes:
