Position Overview

Peak Performance Physical Therapy in Plano, Texas is excited to announce an opening for a dedicated full-time Physical Therapist. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals and improve their quality of life through tailored physical therapy interventions.

This position is based at our state-of-the-art outpatient facility located in Plano, TX. The clinic features modern treatment rooms equipped with advanced therapeutic tools and modalities, including state-of-the-art exercise equipment, ultrasound machines, and electrical stimulation devices. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed initial evaluations to understand patientsโ€™ physical conditions, functional capabilities, and rehabilitation goals.
  • Create comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patientโ€™s unique circumstances, incorporating various therapeutic modalities.
  • Implement hands-on treatments and therapeutic exercises aimed at alleviating pain, restoring movement, and enhancing functional mobility.
  • Guide and educate patients on body mechanics, posture correction, and effective injury prevention strategies.
  • Continuously monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment protocols as needed based on evidence and clinical judgement.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, engaging with physicians, nurses, and other specialists to coordinate patient care.
  • Maintain meticulous and accurate documentation of treatment interventions, patient responses, and progression in compliance with regulatory standards.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
