Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Reports To: Terminal Manager

Job Summary:

Peak Auto Storage is looking for Customer Service Representatives for our full-time shifts. We are seeking dedicated, friendly, and motivated team members to greet customers, answer phones, do light filing, and handle impounded vehicles. We offer great benefits, flexible hours, on-the-job training, and competitive pay!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming calls, outgoing calls, and customer service inquiries.
  • Respond to customer inquiries on the telephone and in e-mail.
  • Process impounds and releases.
  • Must be able to multi-task.

Required Skills:

  • Previous experience in a customer service environment.
  • Basic computer and data entry skills.
  • Must demonstrate attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Clean criminal background so clearance can be obtained for a VSF License through Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations.
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, kneel and bend as needed.
  • Estimated percentages for each type of activity; Standing 10%, Walking 10%, Sitting 50%, Bending 15%, Kneeling 15%.
  • May require sitting for prolonged periods.
  • May require walking on unlevel surfaces periodically throughout the day.
  • Reaching above shoulder heights, below the waist or lifting as required throughout the work day.
  • Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds at times.
