Job description

About Peachy Insurance
Peachy Insurance is an inclusive, remote-friendly organization with compassionate professionals who strive to exceed their goals every day. Here at Peachy, we exist to make a difference in the insurance world by delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships with our customers.
Overview
We are looking for a professional, organized, and customer-focused Remote Licensed Customer Outreach Specialist to proactively connect with our existing customers. This role is responsible for strengthening customer relationships by conducting policy reviews, discussing upcoming renewals, following up on billing concerns, identifying opportunities to improve coverage, and ensuring customers receive the highest level of service.
This position also provides administrative support to our agency and requires someone who is comfortable balancing customer outreach with operational tasks.
Applicants must currently hold an active Property & Casualty License or Personal Lines License in their resident state.
Your Typical Workday
  • Join daily team huddles to stay aligned on priorities and goals.
  • Receive ongoing coaching and training to build your insurance knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Make outbound calls to existing customers regarding policy renewals, billing reminders, policy reviews, coverage recommendations, and other service opportunities.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve customers' insurance protection while connecting them with licensed agents when appropriate.
  • Follow up with customers regarding requested documents, outstanding items, or policy servicing needs.
  • Assist with administrative projects including data entry, policy documentation, scheduling, and other operational support.
  • Meet with your manager as needed for coaching, feedback, and professional development.
Qualifications
  • Active Property & Casualty License or Personal Lines License required.
  • Previous insurance agency, customer service, retention, or call center experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound customer calls.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment.
  • Positive attitude with a genuine passion for helping customers.
Here's What We Offer
  • Hourly Rate + Bonus - Starting at $16/hour plus bonus opportunities.
  • Vacation Time - Start with 4 days of paid vacation, with additional days earned over time.
  • Sabbatical Leave - Enjoy a paid week off every year after 9 months of employment.
  • Comprehensive Benefits - Health, dental, and vision insurance for you and your family.
  • Education & Training Investment - Up to $5,250 per year for continued education and professional development.
  • Financial Planning Support - 401(k) access
  • Career Development - Ongoing coaching, training, and opportunities for advancement.
Here's What We Need From You
  • Build meaningful relationships with our existing customers through proactive outreach.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service during every interaction.
  • Confidently make outbound calls and communicate insurance information clearly and professionally.
  • Stay organized while balancing customer outreach and administrative responsibilities.
  • Be dependable, self-motivated, and committed to helping our customers protect what matters most.
Why Join Peachy Insurance?
  • 100% remote position with a flexible work-from-home environment.
  • Supportive team culture that values collaboration and growth.
  • Opportunities for career advancement within a growing agency.
  • Meaningful work focused on helping customers, not cold calling or high-pressure sales.
  • A company that invests in your success and recognizes your achievements.
