Job description

St. Michael Catholic School is accepting applications for a part-time Physical Education teacher. This position is a shared services position that is paid by Grand Ledge Public Schools.

Applicants must hold a valid State of Michigan teaching certificate with a Physical Education endorsement, pass a criminal background check and complete the Protecting God’s Children (VIRTUS) Program.
The ideal candidate models faith-based practices, has experience teaching students from Kindergarten to Grade 8, is current with best practices of teaching sportsmanship, physical fitness and health, differentiates curriculum and works collaboratively. Preference will be given to practicing Catholics.
