Job description

Position Title: Senior Analyst, GTM Acceleration

Location: Austin, TX or Dallas, TX

Your role

Digital Realty is seeking a Senior Analyst, GTM Acceleration to join a high-impact team within the Revenue organization. This role will partner closely with Revenue leadership to help solve complex business challenges, improve go-to-market effectiveness, and support strategic initiatives that drive growth across the company.

Working directly with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Channel, Product, Finance, and IT, you will help develop insights, support enterprise initiatives, and contribute to the adoption of AI-enabled capabilities that improve productivity and commercial performance.

What you'll do

Support strategic go-to-market initiatives

  • Partner with GTM Acceleration leadership to support high-priority go-to-market initiatives across the Revenue organization.
  • Conduct research, business analysis, and opportunity assessments to identify areas for growth and operational improvement.
  • Help develop business cases, recommendations, and implementation plans for strategic initiatives.

Drive data-driven insights

  • Analyze commercial performance, pipeline trends, customer segmentation, and other business metrics.
  • Develop insights and recommendations that support business decision-making.
  • Create executive-ready presentations, reports, and communications for leadership audiences.

Enable cross-functional execution

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Finance, and IT.
  • Support project planning, stakeholder alignment, and execution of key initiatives.
  • Track progress, monitor success metrics, and help drive accountability for results.

Advance AI-enabled capabilities

  • Identify opportunities to leverage automation, analytics, and AI tools to improve business processes.
  • Partner with business and technology teams to evaluate and implement new capabilities.
  • Support adoption and change management activities related to new tools and processes.

Build scalable business processes

  • Assist in developing playbooks, operating models, governance frameworks, and best practices.
  • Support efforts to improve consistency, collaboration, and execution across the Revenue organization.

What you'll need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a top management consulting firm
  • Experience developing and analyzing strategy, business operations, revenue operations, sales operations, finance, analytics, corporate strategy, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable business insights.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional projects and working with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Prefer experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms
  • Prefer experience using Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics and visualization tools.
  • Exposure to automation, artificial intelligence, or data-driven business improvement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, or similar AI platforms.
