Responsibilities
  • Leverage PLACE lead generation strategies weekly to build a consistent pipeline of qualified buyers.
  • Host at least two open houses per month to showcase properties and generate new leads.
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments, maximizing your time and earning potential.
  • Participate in weekly script practice and coaching sessions, following team standards to refine your communication and close more deals.
  • Engage in team events and collaborative activities, strengthening relationships and learning from top-performing agents.
  • Commit to one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls to accelerate your skills and productivity.
  • Guide buyers through every step of the process, securing signed agreements and identifying properties that match their needs.
  • Prepare, present, and negotiate purchase offers that achieve the best outcomes for your clients.
  • Utilize PLACE Technology to track activities, manage client information, and stay ahead of every transaction.

  • Valid real estate license required.
  • Driven and ambitious with a competitive edge and a focus on results.
  • Relationship-builder: skilled at connecting with clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions.
  • Lead-generation expert: comfortable prospecting, converting leads, and growing a consistent pipeline.
