Job description

We are seeking an energetic, self motivated, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) team. This will be one of the easiest sales presentations you will ever have to give! Our company won Top 3 Bodys shops for 2025 in the Dallas Ft. Worth Metroplex, which helps you build all the credibility that you will need to close the sale.

This individual will be responsible for building relationships with customers, while educating clients on the benefits of PDR services. 85 percent of your sales will be from referrals, making your job more about building relationships instead of soliciting all day like other PDR companies have their sales associates doing.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys helping people, thrives in a sales driven environment, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Bilingual is helpful and useful in our profession.
