Job Summary
We are seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join our team. As the Facilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for the maintenance of the building. You will ensure that all systems are functioning properly. The ideal candidate is well-versed in facilities management, highly organized, and comfortable with problem-solving any issues that may arise. 

Responsibilities
 
 
- Manage, coordinate, dispatch service work orders from beginning to end
 - Heavy phone time with clients, contractors, and 3rd party networking
 - Obtain bids, then negotiate and work with contractors for each project or work order
 - Collect detailed information for each work order dispatched
 - Including repair issue details, status, updates, invoice, etc.
 - Create plans based on budget given, for each service order
 - Have oversight on all on-going projects assigned to you until closed / complete
 - Research and recruit contractors on the internet into our network as needed 
Qualifications
 
- Must have experience with facilities services and/or property management services
 - Knowledge of HVAC/ Electrical/ Lighting/Plumbing
 - Baseline construction knowledge
 - Meet deadlines and quality assurance standards
 - Must be able to work under pressure, in a fast paced work environment
 - Strong ability to negotiate and work with vendors
 - Detailed-oriented, multi-tasker able to manage multiple projects and desire to learn
 - Computer skills; Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, OneDrive
 - Software skills; Adobe Pro, PDF, and others
 - Internet search skills
 - Exceptional communication, customer service skills, able to write detailed professional descriptions/emails
 - Exceptional phone skills; make outbound calls and take inbound calls
