What is a PCT telemetry?

PCT Telemetry jobs refer to Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) who specialize in working with telemetry units in hospitals or healthcare facilities. These professionals are responsible for monitoring patients' vital signs using electronic equipment, assisting nurses with patient care, and ensuring the proper functioning of telemetry devices. Effective communication with nurses and other healthcare team members is essential, as is maintaining attention to detail under pressure. Adaptability and strong organizational skills can help you succeed in this collaborative and dynamic environment.
