  • Position Summary
    • Under the direction of the licensed staff member, the Patient Care Technician gives routine, non - licensed, technical bedside care as a member of the Nursing Team. Staff may receive, secure and transport medications as necessary.
    • Education:
    • Patient Care Technician (PCT) Certificate or Nursing Student who has completed fundamentals of nursing, or Patient Care Technician with two years validated experience as documented by job description provided by previous employer.
    • Experience:
    • Patient Care Technician, Patient Care Technician with two year verified experience or Nursing Student who has completed fundamentals of nursing
