Job Summary:
Navaide partners with federal clients to deliver mission-focused solutions across financial management, ERP, and digital transformation. They are seeking a talented Data Analyst to provide critical support to the DOW contract, focusing on data analysis and visualization using tools like Palantir Foundry and Tableau.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Conduct data analysis to derive actionable insights and recommendations to support the DOWโ€™s contractโ€™s objectives.
โ€ข Utilize Tableau and Foundry applications, including Contour and Quiver, to create data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to facilitate decision-making processes.
โ€ข Familiarity with the Foundry instance within the War Data Platform and Palantir Foundry platforms, collaborating with team members who possess experience in these systems.
โ€ข Work with different data sources, ensuring data is accurately collected, transformed, and loaded for analysis.
โ€ข Clean and preprocess data to eliminate inconsistencies, errors, and outliers.
โ€ข Employ statistical techniques to interpret and validate data trends, patterns, and anomalies.
โ€ข Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver insights that support the contractโ€™s objectives.
โ€ข Prepare and deliver reports and presentations that effectively communicate analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Required:
โ€ข Must be government clearance eligible
โ€ข Databricks experience is required
โ€ข Proven experience with data analysis and visualization tools, including Palantir Foundry applications such as Contour, Quiver, and Object Explorer
โ€ข Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
โ€ข Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to draw meaningful conclusions from data
โ€ข Familiarity with big data platforms (e.g., Databricks); familiarity with Palantir Foundryโ€™s data integration and ontology (data model) capabilities is a plus
โ€ข Relevant experience in data cleaning, transformation, and statistical analysis
โ€ข Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
โ€ข Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
โ€ข Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing data-related challenges
โ€ข Ability to obtain an U.S. Government Security Clearance
