Description
AdvancedPCB is seeking a reliable, motivated Dry Film Operator who is looking for an exciting and rewarding opportunity. The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and show a true sense of urgency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying dry film photoresist on printed circuit boards, ensuring high-quality production while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Essential Job Function:
  • Operate and maintain dry film application equipment, including lamination and exposure systems.
  • Prepare and mix dry film materials according to specifications.
  • Monitor the application process for consistency and quality control.
  • Conduct inspections to ensure that film adhesion and exposure are within required tolerances.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions or process issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of production runs, material usage, and any quality issues.
  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve processes and quality.

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position requiring available to work during standard business hours and mandatory weekend overtime when needed to meet production goals. Shifts may include weekends when schedule details are provided in advance.
Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications, Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
  • 1 year experience in PCB manufacturing, specifically with dry film processes.
  • 1 year familiarity with photoresist materials and PCB fabrication processes.

Preferred Additional Skills:
  • Ability to read, write and communicate in English as needed for the position.
  • Ability to work overtime, weekends and holidays as needed
  • Able to read and interpret blueprints
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for 8-12 hour.
  • Ability to lift consistently lift 25 pounds.

Compensation/Benefits:
California Pay Range: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour USD DOE
The actual compensation offered is based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant business considerations.
