Maintenance Technician

2nd & 3rd Shift

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Multicraft Maintenance Technician, you’ll work in a fastpaced manufacturing environment performing a wide range of industrial maintenance tasks, including:

  • Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Diagnosing breakdowns and restoring equipment quickly and safely
  • Performing preventive and predictive maintenance
  • Working closely with production and other maintenance team members
  • Continuously expanding your technical skills through paid training and advancement programs

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • 2+ years of experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn multicraft skills
  • Ability to work assigned shift (2nd or 3rd)

Preferred (not required):

  • Technical degree or certification (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Maintenance, etc.)
  • Experience in corrugated packaging, printing, converting, or manufacturing

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
