Personal Care Aide (PCA)/Med Tech – MyAgency Healthcare Staffing

We offer the flexible schedules and competitive rates you expect from a staffing agency, BUT…. You get to work exclusively for a high-quality provider with excellent staffing ratios!

 

Positions are: Casual, Hourly, Non-exempt

 

Salary Range: $17 - $21/hour -- Your bi-weekly pay rate is based on how many shifts per pay you are willing to work.  The more you work, the higher the wage. In exchange for the higher rate, MyAgency team members are expected to be available for and to pick up shifts in multiple communities.

 

MyAgency team members only work at Presbyterian SeniorCare Network communities. Open shifts may be available in, and selected from, any of the following communities:

  • Verona, PA: Longwood at Oakmont
  • Oakmont, PA: The Willows, Westminster Place, and Woodside Place of Oakmont
  • Washington, PA: Southmont, Southminster Place, Woodside Place of Washington, and Strabane Woods
  • Cranberry Twp, PA: Sherwood Oaks
  • McCandless, PA: Cumberland Crossing Manor
  • Erie, PA: Manchester Commons
  • New Wilmington, PA: Shenango on the Green

Requirements for the Personal Care Aide (PCA)/Med Tech: 

  • Be a minimum of 18 years of age
  • Have a high school diploma or GED, or provide documentation that the GED or high school diploma will be received within 6 months of hire
  • Possess a current, valid PA State Driver's License and reliable transportation
  • Be able to effectively interact with residents, resident families, and team members
