Familiarity with church management software and digital communication tools is common for administrative and outreach tasks. What is a PCA Pastor?

A PCA Pastor is an ordained minister in the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA), a conservative, evangelical Presbyterian denomination in the United States. PCA Pastors are responsible for preaching, teaching, administering sacraments, and providing spiritual leadership and pastoral care to their congregations. They must adhere to the Westminster Confession of Faith and the PCA's Book of Church Order. Becoming a PCA Pastor typically requires a seminary education, examination by a presbytery, and a formal call from a local church.
