Registered Nurse – Telemetry
Location:
Worcester, MA
Rate:
Up to $3400.00 Gross Weekly + benefits available from day 1
Shift: Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (4 Shifts/Week)
Contract: 13 or 26-Week Contract | Local & Travel Accepted
Hours: 48 hours per week

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of Telemetry or Medical Surgical experience required
• Active MA RN license required
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
• Epic charting experience required

Certifications:
• AHA BLS

Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care for adult telemetry patients in a hospital setting
• Monitor cardiac rhythms, interpret dysrhythmias, and respond to changes in patient condition
• Care for orthopedic, trauma surgery, and transplant overflow patients
• Manage patients requiring chest tubes, epidurals, PCA pumps, and advanced monitoring
• Perform assessments, medication administration, and ongoing patient care
• Manage IV therapy, central lines, PICC lines, blood products, and oxygen therapy
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, quality patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow facility policies and procedures
