PC Technician Washington, DC Support mission-critical IT operations for the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) by keeping systems running and users productive in high-responsibility environments. What You Will Do You will support day-to-day enterprise IT operations by: * Installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop hardware and software * Supporting users onsite and remotely with technical and operational needs * Deploying PCs, printers, and peripherals * Configuring operating systems and installing applications * Troubleshooting hardware, software, and printer issues * Coordinating repairs and collaborating across IT teams * Managing and resolving support tickets through ServiceNow, Remedy or similar tools * Contributing to system improvements and operational reliability Required Qualifications * Active Interim Secret Clearance * High School Diploma or equivalent * DoD 8570 IAT Level I certification (A+ CE, Network+ CE, SSCP, CCNA Security, or equivalent) * 3 or more years of relevant technical support experience * Ability to obtain required DoD 8570 IA Computing Environment certification within 6 months * Experience supporting Windows environments and Microsoft Office * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams * Ability to lift up to 40 pounds * Valid Driver's License Preferred Qualifications * Experience supporting Office 365 environments * Experience with Lexmark, HP, or Ricoh printer maintenance * Prior USACE or ACE IT experience * Experience supporting DoD environments What's In It for You At Allyon, your compensation goes beyond salary.
