PC Technician Washington, DC Support mission-critical IT operations for the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) by keeping systems running and users productive in high-responsibility environments. Before You Apply This is a full-time W-2 position with Allyon. * Active Interim Secret Clearance required; higher clearance levels accepted * Active and current DoD 8570 IAT Level I certification required Candidates cannot proceed in the application process without meeting the required qualifications listed above. Your work directly supports mission continuity across critical infrastructure and engineering operations. What You Will Do You will support day-to-day enterprise IT operations by: * Installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop hardware and software * Supporting users onsite and remotely with technical and operational needs * Deploying PCs, printers, and peripherals * Configuring operating systems and installing applications * Troubleshooting hardware, software, and printer issues * Coordinating repairs and collaborating across IT teams * Managing and resolving support tickets through ServiceNow, Remedy or similar tools * Contributing to system improvements and operational reliability Required Qualifications * Active Interim Secret Clearance * High School Diploma or equivalent * DoD 8570 IAT Level I certification (A+ CE, Network+ CE, SSCP, CCNA Security, or equivalent) * 3 or more years of relevant technical support experience * Ability to obtain required DoD 8570 IA Computing Environment certification within 6 months * Experience supporting Windows environments and Microsoft Office * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams * Ability to lift up to 40 pounds * Valid Driver's License Preferred Qualifications * Experience supporting Office 365 environments * Experience with Lexmark, HP, or Ricoh printer maintenance * Prior USACE or ACE IT experience * Experience supporting DoD environments What's In It for You At Allyon, your compensation goes beyond salary.
