Job Summary:
Vergence is seeking a PC Refresh Tech to support their PC Refresh Project Managers and Deployment Leads. The role involves installing new PCs, ensuring necessary software and settings are configured, and providing customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Support the PC Refresh Project Managers and Deployment Leads by installing new PCs for PC Refresh Projects.
• Follow the established processes and checklists to ensure the end user has all the necessary software and settings on the new PC.
• Back up, protect, and restore data will be an essential task for this position.
• Update documentation and complete e-install forms required.
• Customer service is also a crucial element for this position.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Must live in the Indianapolis area.
• Support the PC Refresh Project Managers and Deployment Leads by installing new PCs for PC Refresh Projects.
