Pay Range

$51,800.00-$71,200.00 Annual

This is the base salary pay range that an applicant can expect to make upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors. In addition, this position is eligible for an incentive bonus.

In this role, you'll serve as the central point of coordination for employee services, human resources administration, payroll support, communications, purchasing, and office operations. You'll work closely with plant leadership and employees across the facility, helping create an exceptional employee experience while ensuring critical business processes run smoothly.

Your Day to Day:

Support Our People

  • Coordinate recruiting and onboarding activities, including job offers, background checks, drug screens, and new hire orientations
  • Serve as a trusted resource for employees and supervisors regarding HR processes and policies
  • Maintain employee records and support HR compliance activities
  • Assist with employee engagement events, celebrations, communications, and recognition programs
  • Help create a positive workplace culture and employee experience

Payroll & HR Administration

  • Ensure accurate timekeeping and payroll processing
  • Maintain employee data within HR systems
  • Validate payroll transactions, earnings, deductions, and employee eligibility for incentive programs
  • Managing of leave administration
  • Prepare reports and support audits as needed

Communications & Employee Engagement

  • Coordinate plant communications, newsletters, announcements, and town hall meetings
  • Assist with company events and employee recognition activities
  • Help keep employees informed and connected

Financial & Administrative Support

  • Process invoices and support accounts payable/receivable activities
  • Coordinate purchasing of office, production, laboratory, and safety supplies
  • Investigate and resolve invoice or accounting discrepancies
  • Support general office operations and plant administrative needs
