The Senior Manager, Payroll leads Sunrise's payroll operations across the U.S. and Canada, ensuring accurate, timely and compliant payroll processing. This role partners with HR, Finance and third-party vendors to align payroll strategy with business objectives while maintaining strong internal controls and an exceptional team member experience.What You'll Do: Oversee end-to-end payroll processing using Workday Payroll Ensure compliance with federal, state, provincial tax and wage regulations Lead payroll audits, reconciliations and reporting to maintain data integrity Identify and implement process improvements, automation and system enhancements Manage payroll tax filings, deductions and multi-jurisdiction compliance Conduct risk assessments and strengthen internal controls Serve as escalation point for complex payroll matters Partner cross-functionally on M&A, policy updates and enterprise initiatives Manage vendor relationships and ensure SLA performance Provide leadership updates on regulatory and industry changesSenior Payroll Manager - Oversee Payroll Processing, Compliance and Workday Payroll SystemsPayroll Manager | Workday Payroll | Payroll Operations | Multi-State Payroll | Canadian Payroll | Payroll Compliance
