YOUR ROLE LOOKS LIKE:
  • Accurately processing payroll for multi-state company for exempt and non-exempt employees.
  • Processing prevailing wage payroll and related compliance paperwork.
  • Reviewing timecards for accuracy and required approvals.
  • Staying up to date on all payroll laws, including prevailing wage.
  • Keeping up to date on all RRM policies that concern payroll and timekeeping.
  • Reconciling all payroll records with accounting system and corresponding third party systems.
  • Monthly/quarterly/annual reporting regarding employees and payroll.
  • Responsible for payroll reporting in compliance with state and federal laws.

Requirements
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE:
  • Minimum four (4) years of experience.
  • Associates Degree in Accounting.
  • Possess a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to quickly analyze problems and respond with effective solutions.

ABOVE & BEYOND:
  • Knowledge of Paylocity Software.
  • Knowledge of prevailing wage.
  • Experience using Unanet.

COMPENSATION:
The hiring range for this role is targeted at $29.00 - $35.00 per hour depending on skills and experience.
