Position Summary:
The primary purpose of your job is to administer and perform human resources/payroll functions to the community in accordance with current acceptable accounting principles relating to operations, state and federal regulations, and as directed by the Administrator. Assist with recruitment, onboarding and retention of employees.
Education/Qualifications:
  • Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
  • Must have, as a minimum, two (2) year(s) experience in Payroll and/or HR Administration.
  • Must possess a working knowledge of the laws, regulations, and guidelines concerning payroll/personnel administration in nursing care facilities, FLSA, FMLA, ADA, OSHA, Workers' compensation & unemployment.
  • Must possess intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate through HRIS software.
