Role Overview
  • Redbridge is seeking a professional with expertise in Merchant Card & Payments to join its US Payments Advisory team, focused on the delivery of payments consulting engagements for enterprise and large merchants.
  • The role is a senior individual contributor position working under a Director accountable for the region. You will own substantial components of client engagements while collaborating closely with the Director on overall engagement direction.
  • The role requires deep practical expertise in the US domestic card processing landscape, particularly on the merchant and acquiring side.
Key Responsibilities - Client Delivery
  • Deliver payments advisory workstreams within complex engagements.
  • Act as a subject-matter expert on US domestic card processing, merchant acquiring, and card economics.
  • Lead analyses of card acceptance costs, pricing structures, and processing contracts.
  • Develop executive-ready presentations, models, and recommendations.
  • Participate in client meetings and workshops.
Pre-Sales & Commercial Support
  • Support Directors and Sales colleagues in pre-sales discussions.
  • Contribute to proposal development and engagement scoping.
  • Help articulate Redbridge's value proposition in payments strategy and analytics.
Experience & Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in merchant payments, card processing, or merchant acquiring.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of the US domestic card processing ecosystem.
  • Experience in payments acquiring, large merchant environments, or paymentsconsulting.
  • Ability to translate analysis into actionable recommendations.
