As a fast-growing company in a highly regulated and evolving industry, we are expanding our Risk & Payments team and looking for a driven, analytical Risk & Payments Analyst to help scale our operations.

In this role, you will play a critical part in protecting the business while ensuring a seamless customer experience. You'll work across payments, fraud prevention, and KYC processes, partnering closely with internal teams to identify risks, execute payment workflows, and enhance operational efficiency. This is an opportunity for someone who thinks critically, takes ownership and is eager to make a measurable impact.

This role follows an overnight schedule of 12:00 a.m.–10:00 a.m., four days per week.

What You'll Do:

  • Review and process withdrawals and customer documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Conduct KYC verification, including review, approval, or rejection of customer-submitted documents.
  • Monitor player activity to identify, investigate, and escalate potential fraud or suspicious behavior.
  • Respond to escalated customer inquiries related to payments, fraud, and account activity.
  • Support Customer Support and other teams with payment-related questions and issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records and logs in accordance with jurisdictional and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOPs, and all applicable regulatory standards.
  • Identify trends, risks, and process gaps, and provide feedback to leadership and product teams.
  • Collaborate with team members to support quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Escalate complex or high-risk issues to management in a timely manner.
  • All other duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience in financial services, fraud, risk, compliance, or operations (iGaming or fintech preferred).
  • Strong understanding of payment methods, chargebacks, and fraud detection principles.
  • Familiarity with KYC/AML processes and regulatory environments is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns and assess risk.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel and data reporting platforms is a plus.
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
