IT Systems Analyst – POS Systems SupportJob OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented IT Systems Analyst to support and maintain critical business technology systems across the organization. This role is responsible for analyzing, troubleshooting, implementing, and optimizing IT systems with a strong focus on Point-of-Sale (POS) platforms and operational technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting POS environments including Galaxy, Infogenesis, Eatec, and Yellowdog systems. This position works closely with operations, finance, food and beverage, retail, and IT teams to ensure system reliability, operational efficiency, and exceptional end-user support.
