Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with strong Banking/Financial Services domain experience to lead Agile delivery teams for enterprise-level projects. The ideal candidate will drive Agile best practices, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and ensure successful project execution in a fast-paced banking environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Coach teams on Agile/Scrum principles and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Development teams to prioritize backlog items.
  • Identify and remove blockers to maximize team productivity.
  • Track sprint progress, velocity, burndown charts, and delivery metrics.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and leadership for status updates and risk management.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across Agile teams.
  • Manage project delivery within scope, timeline, and quality standards.

Required Skills:
  • 10+ years of IT experience with 3+ years as Scrum Master.
  • Strong Banking / Financial Services experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban frameworks.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of SDLC, Release Management, and Risk/Compliance processes.
